It describes itself as providing top-quality care, and as specialists in the treatment of ethnic skin. Clinical dermatology covers acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, rashes, and conditions affecting hair and nails, as well as wart and genital wart removal, herpes management with long-term prescription treatment, and mole removal.

Skin cancer care includes full body skin scans, which the practice recommends twice a year for mole checks and yearly for those with strong sun exposure, and Mohs micrographic surgery. Mohs is an outpatient procedure done under local anesthesia, with a microscopic examination and pathology report completed in the office. The practice states that Mohs offers a cure rate of up to 99 percent, according to the practice.

The cosmetic side includes Botox, Kybella for the double chin, and fillers from Juvederm (Ultra Plus and Voluma), Radiesse, Volbella and Vollure. The Botox division calls itself a medical practice rather than a med spa and aims for natural-looking results, adjusting dosing and placement to each patient's anatomy. Skin surface options include chemical peels, facial electro resurfacing, microdermabrasion and microneedling with CosmoPen, while body treatments include Latisse and sclerotherapy for veins.

Surgical options are the Two-Stitch Mini Face Lift and the Bussell Button Lift, both originated by Dr. Bussell and described as minimally invasive outpatient procedures. Telemedicine consultations are available by phone with photos sent by email, billed to a credit card and separate from health insurance, at $225 for a new patient and $175 for an established patient. Unusually complex telemedicine visits or care coordination with other providers are quoted separately.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday to Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the Botox division keeps the same hours and is closed on Sundays. Since January 1, 2025, the practice has charged an administrative fee of $25 per visit or $150 for one year if paid in full. The fee covers services insurance does not pay for, such as insurance denial appeals, same-day emergency and extended Saturday appointments, and faster prescription refills for patients with up-to-date screenings. The practice states that this is not a concierge fee. Medical records are provided free of charge.
