Lash sets come in four styles, each described by how much drama it adds: a natural set is a soft, classic look; a hybrid set adds a bit more drama; a wet set is a middle option for everyday wear; and a volume set is the fullest option. Fill appointments are available for sets that are up to 3 weeks old and need up to 60% of a fill. Other services include a lash lift with tint, lash removal, and an eyebrow clean up that covers shaping and waxing.

Appointments can be booked online through the Glossgenius booking system, or clients can send a question through the contact form on the website. Sets require a $40 deposit to book, and the deposit is refunded when an appointment is canceled more than 48 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid fees. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
