Hair services cover color work such as accent, partial and full balayage, foil highlights, single-process color, gloss and toning glaze, plus artistic techniques like root shadowing and color melting. Cuts, blowouts, curl sets and flat-iron finishes are also offered, along with in-studio treatments including Olaplex and Wellaplex bonding services, Pureology cuticle sealing gloss and a Nioxin scalp purifying exfoliator. A blowout fee of $30 is added when only a color or treatment service is booked.
Makeup design includes special event makeup starting at $100, bridal makeup at $150 that follows a consultation and trial, and false lash application at $30. The wedding travel fee is quoted after a consultation.
Reiki sessions typically last about 60 to 90 minutes and include a consultation beforehand and time to sit and talk afterward. Scalp massage alone is offered at 15 or 30 minutes, and full body sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Several Reiki packages pair a session with scalp massage, a shampoo and blowout, or a deep conditioning treatment and haircut, with the longest package taking about 2.5 hours.
Beyond the studio's services, the owner designs a small collection of sterling silver and gold gemstone jewelry each year, using lab-created stones and keum-boo, a Korean technique that bonds 24K gold foil to silver with heat and pressure. Pieces are sold through the owner's Etsy store, with complimentary domestic US shipping after processing and returns accepted within 30 days for a refund if unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition with a receipt. The studio says it is a proud partner of One Tree Planted, and it states that Davines became a registered B Corporation in 2016.
Each booking is handled personally in a private suite, with hair and makeup work and Reiki offered in the same space and with eco-friendly, luxury hair care lines chosen for the color and treatment work.
