The salon covers a broad menu: men's, women's and children's cuts, beard work, several levels of color including highlights, babylights, balayage and ombre, root color and organic color, along with perms, keratin smoothing, conditioning treatments, blowouts and updos.

Services are by appointment only, and the salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Mondays. Prices for many services are set by hair length, so short, medium and long hair are listed separately. Long hair charges may apply to some services.

The salon has a satisfaction policy: if a client is unhappy with a service, they can contact the salon within one week of the visit and the service will be redone. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $150 amounts or in a custom value.

Uses organic hair color and products from Innersence alongside professional lines from Lanza, Goldwell and Rusk.
