Bookings can be made online or by texting 205 847 0140. A deposit is taken at booking and the balance can be paid by Zelle, Venmo or cash. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 11 PM and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM. Once a appointment has been rescheduled once, a cancellation request for that same appointment forfeits the deposit, and a $20 late fee applies for every 15 minutes past a 10-minute grace period.

Wash and blow dry is priced separately from braiding: $50 for natural full hair and $30 for relaxed hair or hair with less volume. Human hair for boho styles longer than mid back adds $70. Waist length on mid back styles adds $35 for knotless braids or $60 for Borabora braids, paid in cash, Venmo or Zelle. Clients bring their own hair for crochet braids, mini and kinky twists, Marley twists and soft locs.

Some services have limits. Touch-ups for Bora Bora braids are available only to existing clients, braids started by another braider are not redone, and braids longer than butt length are not provided.

The salon says its braids are zero tension and leave edges intact.
