Dr. Broc Pratt founded Bespoke Plastic Surgery in 2018, after entering private practice in 2008 with a focus on aesthetic surgery. The practice is located at Ballantyne Commons in Charlotte, and consultations, pre-operative visits and procedures all take place in that one location with the same staff.

Surgeries are performed in an on-site operating room, which has monitoring systems, anesthesia machines and regularly maintained surgical instruments. The room is cleaned and disinfected on a regular schedule.

Cherry plans may include 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and exact terms depend on credit score and other factors; the site lists example payments of $416.67 a month for 12 months and $117.12 a month for 60 months, for illustration only. Tummy tuck typically costs between $18,000 and $24,000 and breast augmentation between $6,500 and $7,600, depending on the procedure type and individual needs. Exact cost is given at consultation, and totals can also include anesthesia, facility, garment, testing and prescription fees. Consultations are unhurried, with time for patients to ask questions and build a plan suited to them, on the view that an informed patient is better placed for a satisfying result. The practice aims to offer newer cosmetic treatments that keep downtime and discomfort low, and it does not offer thread lifts or lunchtime lifts, which it says give less consistent and less durable results.
