Dr. Broc Pratt

Dr. Broc Pratt is a plastic surgeon who founded Bespoke Plastic Surgery in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2018. He holds a medical degree from the University of Florida and trained in general surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, where he was chosen for a research fellowship in minimally invasive surgery under B. Todd Heniford, MD. He later completed a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He finished plastic surgery training in 2005, then became a clinical instructor and faculty member in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Carolinas Medical Center. He began private practice in 2008, and it focuses entirely on cosmetic surgery. He keeps plastic surgery privileges at Atrium Health and takes emergency room and facial trauma calls at Charlotte's Level One Trauma Center uptown. He has also worked as a medical missionary in West Africa and Haiti. His research has appeared in surgical journals, and he wrote a chapter in the textbook Minimally Invasive Cancer Management. The American College of Surgeons gave him the Ambrose Paré Award. He performs classic, mini and liquid facelifts. He often refers to the facelift as a blended cheek and neck lift, which pairs facial fat grafting with other techniques to aim for a more balanced result. For patients not yet ready for surgery, he may recommend fillers after a private consultation, typically with touch-ups every 6 to 18 months depending on the product. Careful incision choice and implant placement can help preserve the ability to breastfeed.
