The hair menu covers adult and children's haircuts, a clipper cut, and shampoo and blow dry services. Color options include all-over color, root retouches, full and partial highlights, a T zone highlight, fashion foil, and demi-permanent glosses. Several packages combine a highlight or root color with toner and an optional haircut. A Vivid Hair Color Consult is available for clients planning a bolder change, and it can be done in person, by text, or by video chat.
Extension services include tape-in extensions sold by the pack, I tip extensions, and hand tied extensions. Extension installs and removals are priced separately, and extension hair is sold on its own without installation. An in-depth extension consultation, about 35 minutes, covers adding volume or length, choosing the method, color matching and a price quote. Smoothing treatments, including Brazilian Blow Out or Keratin, are also offered.
New clients are asked for a deposit that depends on the service, from $20 for a children's haircut up to $150 for a full package or a smoothing treatment. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Consultations for any service are complimentary and run about 15 minutes, giving clients a chance to talk through their goals before booking. Extension and vivid color planning are handled in longer consults.
