Every appointment can start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, where the stylist asks about hair goals, lifestyle and preferences before services begin. A deposit is required to book, ranging from $10 to $100 depending on the service, and new clients pay a $20 deposit for blowdry and haircut bookings. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 20% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Color is central to the menu. Options include root shadow and color that refreshes base color, single-process all-over color, mini, partial and full highlights, hand-painted balayage, and ombre, which moves from darker roots to lighter ends. Color correction is planned around a customized plan for uneven tones or results of earlier color work, and is scheduled for 330 minutes. Toner is not included with balayage or ombre, and bleaching roots only is priced separately from toner or all-over lightening.

Treatments include a Malibu C treatment, a deep conditioning treatment, and a Brazilian blowout smoothing service that is meant to reduce frizz and improve manageability for up to 12 weeks. Formal styling covers curls, braids and updos for weddings, proms and other special occasions, and bridal updos are shaped around a consultation. E-gift cards can be purchased on the website.

Each visit opens with a short consultation so the stylist can learn about goals, lifestyle and preferences before any service is planned.
