Every client receives a complimentary in-depth consultation to settle on a hairstyle that suits their face shape and daily life. New clients are welcome to bring photos or other visual aids of the look they have in mind. Haircuts include a shampoo, the cut, and a blow-dry, and longer hair is charged extra.

The coloring menu covers base color, full-head highlights, balayage and creative color, color correction, and specialty services such as root melt, root smudge, toner, and face-frame, which are priced on inquiry. Every color service ends with a blow-dry and a gloss sealant. Clients coming from another salon or from box color may need up to three appointments for the color to reach the intended formula.

Booking requires a credit card and a 50% deposit for coloring services, and cancellations need 48 hours notice. The salon has a free parking lot, and hours run Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm to 8pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

The salon designs each hairstyle around the client's face shape and lifestyle, with the aim that every client feels comfortable in the chair and able to express who they are.
