The studio aims to help every client feel comfortable, safe and confident during an appointment, and describes the space as welcoming and free of judgment, a place to relax and be yourself.
The menu is grouped into brows, facial waxing, body and bikini waxing, and packages. Brow services range from a simple brow wax or tint to lamination and The Bésame Brow, which combines brow mapping, lamination, precision waxing and a custom tint. Facial waxing covers individual areas or a full face, while body waxing runs from small add-ons like fingers and toes to full legs, full arms, full back and Brazilian waxes.
Booking requires a 50% deposit that is applied to the remaining balance. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice, and with that notice the deposit can be moved once to a new appointment. A no-show forfeits the deposit, and if a moved appointment is changed again the original deposit is lost and a new one is required. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when packages are booked through the Services page.
