Some services need a consultation first. This applies to Full Custom Color, Short Balayage, Long Balayage and Brazilian Blowout. New clients booking Custom Tone pay a $50 deposit, and Airtouch requires a $100 deposit. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who can't book online can reach the business by phone or social media for a $50 fee.
The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
