Color work is done with L'Oréal Professionnel Majirel, and glazes use L'Oréal Professionnel Dia Richesse, a demi-permanent color. Color services range from retouches and full color to correcting dark hair to blond and fantasy color. Men can book color, glaze or highlights on their own or paired with a haircut.

Bridal clients can book a consultation, makeup, an updo, a trial run of the updo with makeup, or a combined updo and makeup package. Group wedding packages and services at the client's own location are available for a fee, with timing arranged by phone.

The Kérastase menu includes treatments for scalp and hair concerns, such as a thinning and hair loss protocol that includes a bath, fiber treatment and minoxidil, along with a Fusio-Dose treatment that the stylist blends for the client's hair needs. The salon says Fusio-Dose is available only at Kérastase salons and takes under five minutes.

Pricing depends on each client's needs. Deposits cannot be refunded if an appointment is cancelled. Opening hours are Monday 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. According to the salon, its staff have more than 15 years of hair industry work behind them, have studied in Europe, and are certified by stylists the salon describes as the best in the world.
