Every visit starts with a consultation of about 15 minutes that costs $20. Color and texture work covers balayage, highlights, babylights, dimensional color, grey blending and color correction, and color correction is booked only after a consultation with the stylist. Keratin and smoothing treatments reduce frizz and curl, but the site notes they are not a permanent straightening system and results vary. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. First-time no-shows and late cancellations are not charged, but later missed or late-cancelled appointments carry a 100% fee.
