Programs address conditions such as metabolic dysfunction, gut symptoms, hormonal imbalance and sleep problems. Weight management, nutrition counseling, teen wellness, pregnancy health services and IV therapies are also available. Benehealth does not provide primary care and works alongside a client's prescribing providers, such as primary care physicians and specialists.

Skin services begin with an assessment that includes a medical review of overall health, past and current lifestyle habits, and an individual treatment plan. Plans take stress, sleep, diet and gut health into account alongside the skin concern itself. Holistic skin care is provided by a registered nurse or nurse practitioner. An in-person skin assessment is needed for an accurate estimate, and new clients seeking filler, PRP or PRF treatments must first book a Medical Aesthetics Skin Consult, priced at $149 with $100 credited toward aesthetic treatments over $450.

The BH IQ Assessment is the clinic's signature two-month onboarding, priced at $1,399 or payable as $466.33 over three installments. It includes three 45-minute clinician visits, a nutrition visit, a health coaching follow-up, a 3D body composition analysis and comprehensive blood work, along with lab testing and a skin and lifestyle analysis. A membership may be recommended afterward for people with current health imbalances.

Memberships include a 12-month plan at $139 per month or a 4-month plan at $329 per month, with 5% off when paid in full. H2O memberships run at $129 per month for the base program and $179 per month for H2O Plus+, which pairs a 90-minute Medifacial with one add-on chosen each month. Memberships are structured as a six-month commitment with no enrollment fee, and early cancellation may incur a fee based on remaining treatments. Payment is cash, credit card or CareCredit financing, and the clinic does not accept Medicare or Medicaid or bill insurance directly, though it provides superbills for self-submission.
