After 2008 the store widened its range to include wigs, swimwear, compression garments and hats for people undergoing cancer treatment and for the wider community. The mastectomy line now covers bras, prostheses, post-surgical garments, swimwear, compression garments, hats, scarves and care products. Wigs come in human hair, heat-friendly and synthetic styles, along with toppers.

Over time an esthetician room was added, along with 3D eyebrow microblading, eyelash services and microneedling. The aesthetics side offers injectables, Cervello laser hair removal, peels, fibroblast plasma skin tightening, waxing and permanent makeup. The business says it was the first spa in Surprise to use Cervello laser hair removal technology.

The store serves people whose appearance has changed through age, childbirth, hair loss, surgery, chemotherapy or radiation, as well as people who want to enhance their natural look.
