The brow bar sits inside the Ulta store in Chester, so clients can book or walk in during store hours. The site lists hours of 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Wednesday, 10 AM to 9 PM Thursday through Saturday, and 11 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. Some policies affect booking. Clients more than five minutes late may have their spot given to another customer. Anyone who has never had hair, brow or lash dye needs a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need one before brow lamination. Lamination cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous lamination, and clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after tinting.
