Services are grouped into brow waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination and face waxing. Each visit starts with an in-depth consultation, followed by a personalized brow map and styling of the brows at the end. Staff who perform services are called Brow & Beauty Experts.

Two featured services are Great Shape Brow Wax, which removes stray hairs to define the brow shape, and True Color Brow Tint, a custom-blended tint that adds shade to the brows. Brow lamination is offered in a version with shape only and a version that adds tint.

Some policies affect booking. Clients more than five minutes late may have their spot given to another customer. Anyone who has never had hair, brow or lash dye needs a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need one before brow lamination. Lamination cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous lamination, and clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after tinting.

Each visit begins with a consultation and a personalized brow map, and the brows are styled at the end of the service.
