A visit typically begins with a consultation and brow mapping to plan the shape, and finishes with the brows styled. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer.

The menu groups services into brow waxing, brow lamination, brow tinting, face services and featured options. Brow waxing ranges from a quick trim to combined brow and lip waxes, while lamination and tinting are the longer, more involved treatments. A custom-blended tint is used for brow color, and a True Color option adds depth and definition.

Patch tests are part of the process for some services. A 24-hour patch test is required before a first-time tint, and before lamination for clients with known allergies to hair dye or perming solutions. Patch tests can be done in store without an appointment. Clients should also avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and cannot have a brow lamination within six weeks of a previous one.

Shoppers can also purchase a 24-hour brow setter, an invisible gel used to shape and hold brows in place.
