Benefit Brow Bar is operated by Benefit Cosmetics as its brow services location inside Ulta Beauty at 3143 SE Military Drive in San Antonio. Visits are booked by phone or in person, and walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended. The bar is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Each visit begins with a consultation with a Brow & Beauty Expert, followed by brow mapping to plan the shape, and ends with the brows being styled. The bar offers brow waxing and tweezing, brow tinting including a custom-blended shade, brow lamination that sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, and waxing for the lip, chin and sides.

Clients with a history of reactions to hair dye or perming solutions should have a 24-hour patch test before a brow lamination, and first-time tint clients need one before tinting. The patch test is available at the store without an appointment. Clients are also asked to avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and no brow lamination should have been done in the six weeks before a booking.
