Each visit begins with a consultation with a Brow & Beauty Expert, followed by brow mapping to plan the shape, and ends with the brows being styled. The bar offers brow waxing and tweezing, brow tinting including a custom-blended shade, brow lamination that sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, and waxing for the lip, chin and sides.

Clients with a history of reactions to hair dye or perming solutions should have a 24-hour patch test before a brow lamination, and first-time tint clients need one before tinting. The patch test is available at the store without an appointment. Clients are also asked to avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and no brow lamination should have been done in the six weeks before a booking.
