Every visit starts with a consultation and brow mapping, then the brows are styled by one of the brand's Brow & Beauty Experts. The company says it has more than 5,000 of these specialists worldwide. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.

The menu is organized into four groups: brow waxing, brow lamination, brow tinting, and face services. Brow waxing runs from a trim at $11 up to a combined brow wax and tint at $46, and the Great Shape Brow Wax removes stray hairs to define the shape. Brow lamination, which sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, runs from $90 to $105 depending on whether a tint and shape are added. Brow tint starts at $26, and the True Color Brow Tint is a custom-blended tint that adds depth and definition. Face services, from $15 to $36, cover the upper lip, chin, and sides.

Some services carry requirements. Clients who have never dyed or tinted their hair, brows, or lashes need a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and clients with allergies to hair dye or perm solutions need one before a brow lamination; these can be done without an appointment (48 hours in some countries). Tint and lamination clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after. A brow lamination cannot be done if one was received in the prior six weeks. Clients more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer.

Each service begins with a consultation and brow mapping, so the shape is planned before any waxing, tinting, or lamination begins.
