Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. Each brow visit starts with a consultation and brow mapping to plan the shape, and finishes with the brows being styled. Clients who arrive more than five minutes after their booked time may have the appointment given to another customer.

The menu covers brow shaping by trimming, tweezing or waxing, with options to add a tint. Brow tints include a standard tint and a custom shade the business calls True Color. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows, and the site says the effect lasts up to six weeks. Facial waxing is available for the lip, chin, or a combination of lip, chin and sides.

Some services need preparation. Anyone who has never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes needs a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and people with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need one before a lamination. Patch tests are available without an appointment. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and a lamination should not have been done within the six weeks before a new one.
