Services are grouped into brow lamination, brow tinting, brow waxing, face waxing, and a featured group. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks. Brow tinting uses a custom-blended color, and the True Color Brow Tint is described as a natural-looking tint. Brow waxing ranges from a simple trim to combined wax and tint services, and face waxing covers the upper lip, chin and sides.

Clients should plan for a few policies. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer. Tints need a 24-hour patch test for anyone who has never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes, and that test can be done in store without an appointment. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint. Lamination needs a 24-hour patch test for anyone with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions, and it cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous lamination.

Each brow service begins with an in-depth consultation and brow mapping, then ends with styling.
