Every service starts with an in-depth consultation with a Brow and Beauty Expert, who uses a method called Brow Mapping to show which hairs to remove and which to leave growing toward the desired shape. Each visit finishes with the Brow and Beauty Expert styling the brows. Services are grouped into brow waxing, brow lamination, brow tinting and face services.

Brow waxing ranges from a quick trim to a combined brow and lip wax, and includes a brow wax with tint option. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to 6 weeks and comes with or without a tint. Brow tinting uses a custom-blended color, and the bar lists a featured True Color Brow Tint that applies a custom shade to the brow.

Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. Guests who arrive more than 5 minutes after their booked time may lose their spot to another customer. Anyone who has never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes needs a 24-hour patch test before a tint service, and this patch test is available without an appointment. Clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need a 24-hour patch test before brow lamination. Brow lamination cannot be done if one was received within the 6 weeks before the appointment, and clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint service.

Each visit begins with a consultation and Brow Mapping to plan which hairs to remove and which to keep, then ends with professional styling by a Brow and Beauty Expert.
