Every new client can book a complimentary consultation. It lasts 15 minutes, can be done by phone or in person, and is used to talk through goals and questions, check for contraindications, and confirm whether a specific service suits the client.

Brow work includes full brow mapping, tinting and waxing, with a Signature Brow Package that combines these with customized shaping. The Signature Brow Lamination adds hair restructuring and an optional tint for results that typically last four to eight weeks. Lash clients can choose between the Original Lash Lift, which can include a lash tint, and the Korean Lash Lift, which includes tint and typically lasts eight to twelve weeks. Clients with frail, fragile, damaged, compromised or thin lashes are advised toward the Korean option.

On the skin side, the Skin Scanner Analysis is an advanced skin analysis followed by a personalized skincare and treatment plan. Treatments include a Beginner Chemical Peel designed to be gentle with little to no visible peeling, a Red Carpet Chemical Peel that uses professional-grade acids selected for each client with recovery typically five to seven days, and microneedling that can include PDRN or hyaluronic acid. The portfolio page features Green Envee, which the site describes as plant-based, luxury, solution-based skin care.

Booking is handled through an online platform or by phone. Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, arrivals more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows, and cancellation, deposit and no-show fees are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.
