Every visit begins with a consultation and a personalized brow mapping, and the brows are styled at the end. The menu is built around brow work: waxing, a custom-blended tint that gives a natural, light enhancement, and lamination services that set brows into a fuller, feathered, lifted shape. Lip and chin waxing is also offered for facial hair.

The salon says its brow products are among its bestsellers, and a flexible brow-texturizing wax is sold as a product to order. Brow lamination results are described as lasting up to six weeks.
