Every service begins with a consultation and Brow Mapping, and finishes with the brows being styled. Services fall into brow waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination, and face waxing.
Brow waxing covers a full brow wax, tweezing, trimming, and combined wax-and-tint or brow-and-lip options. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, with or without a tint. Face waxing covers the lip, chin, and sides.
Clients with no prior dye or tint history need a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and clients with allergies to hair dye or perm solutions need one before a brow lamination. The patch test needs no appointment. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours around a tint, and should not have had a brow lamination in the six weeks before a new one.
The shop also sells a 24-hour brow setter, an invisible shaping gel for finishing brows. The business describes its brow products as bestselling, and brow products can be exchanged under its refund and exchange policy.
