Baystate Lashes is a studio in Woburn focused on lash extensions and brow work. Extension options range from classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets to fills, and the menu also includes lash lifts, lash tints, a combined lift and tint, brow lamination and lash removal.

Clients new to extensions can book an introductory one-hour full set for $100, which uses fewer lashes than a standard full set. Standard full sets take about two hours and fills run 75 minutes. Between fills, a 30-minute mini fill costs $50 on any fill except mega volume; it requires arriving within five minutes of the appointment time and having at least half of the lashes still in place.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

The studio keeps Tuesday and Wednesday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and stays shut on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Moving an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice carries a 50% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to the booking being cancelled, with a 50% fee. Missing an appointment without notice also carries a 50% fee, and later bookings then require a 100% deposit. Fees for cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded, and they must be settled before another service can be booked.
