Every visit starts with an in-depth consultation and ends with the brows being styled. Brow Mapping is an individualized step that identifies which hairs to remove and which to let grow, so the shape is planned around the client's own brows. Featured options include Great Shape Brow Wax, which removes stray hairs to define the shape, and True Color Brow Tint, a custom-blended tint aimed at a natural-looking shade.

Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks. It cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous lamination. Patch tests are available without an appointment, and in some countries the test runs 48 hours. Clients are asked to avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint service. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late for an appointment may lose their spot to another customer.

Each visit begins with a consultation and an individualized brow map, so the work is planned around each client's own brows.
