Each visit begins with a consultation and a personalized brow map, which is used to plan the shape. The service finishes with the brows styled. Brow services cover waxing, tweezing, trimming, tinting, lamination, and combined brow and lip waxing, while face services are limited to upper lip, chin, and sides waxing.

Brow lamination sets and straightens the brows for up to six weeks. Tinting uses a custom-blended shade meant to look natural. Self-tanning and spray tanning should be avoided for 24 hours before and after a tint, and lamination cannot be repeated within six weeks of a previous one.
