The facial menu has three options. The Refresh Facial is a 60-minute treatment with a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and massage, with products chosen for each skin type. The Repair Facial, 70 minutes, is designed for acne-prone or inflamed skin and includes an enzyme peel under steam, high frequency or LED light therapy, extractions, massage and a hydro jelly mask. The Pamper Facial, 80 minutes, adds high frequency or LED light therapy, a fruit enzyme peel and an extended massage with Gua Sha.

Body and detail services include back treatments starting at $95 for 60 minutes, with a 30-minute massage, cleansing, steaming, exfoliation and a skin-type mask, plus extractions when needed. Brow shaping, brow tinting, brow touch-ups, lash tinting, and lip, chin or face hair removal are also offered.

Visits are by appointment only, and bookings and payments are handled through the studio's online booking page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio charges a 35% cancellation fee and asks clients to let it know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.

The studio is open Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
