Hannah MacAulay owns the studio and does the hair work herself. Her focus is blonde color, dimensional and lived-in color, haircuts, and styling for special occasions. Clients often come to her for low-maintenance color, a bold change, or hair for an event.

Balayage and foilyage are hand-painted and fitted to each client, and full foil options run from partial foils through to a back-to-back foil for clients going fully blonde, which requires a consultation first. Lowlights use permanent or semi-permanent color rather than bleach. Vivid shades such as pink, purple, green and blue require a color consultation booked directly with Hannah. A 20-minute color consultation is available to review the hair, talk through concerns and plan services.

Haircuts include kids' cuts for children 12 and under, teen cuts for ages 13 to 17, dry cuts with a trim and no wash, and full cuts with a wash and style. Styling covers blowouts, formal updos and curls, and fairy hair, which can be added to a service or booked alone, including for birthday parties. Treatments include conditioning, smoothing and de-frizz options. Waxing is also offered.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients can pay with Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 30% of the scheduled total, and that charge must be settled before new appointments can be booked. The studio does not cut mullets or shag cuts and refers those requests to other stylists. Hannah is not currently taking new male clients.

Individual looks are built around each client, with an eye on keeping hair healthy and easy to manage.
