The menu is organized into facials, massage, lash services, full-body skincare, and sugaring and waxing. Facials include oxygen, anti-aging, cleansing and teen options, along with peels, LED light treatment and microdermabrasion. The Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial with Infusion is the spa's signature service, and the site says it uses hyaluronic acid. Facial services use custom blends made with products the spa calls modern.

Massage options cover deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, prenatal, back, neck, feet, scalp and full body work. Mink eyelash extensions are applied one at a time by estheticians and are made with organic materials, according to the spa. Sugaring uses an all-natural, water-soluble gel or paste from Sugaring by Alexandria Professional and removes hair while it is in early growth, from about 12 to 14 days. Waxing is available in both hard wax and cold wax, and both are performed in a private, comfortable setting.

Hair services are handled by Jon David Salon, an adjoining partner that the spa's site describes as award winning. The spa is open Monday from 10am to 5pm and Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, and it is closed on weekends. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service. Rescheduling after the 24-hour window applies 50% of the cancelled appointment balance to the new booking at checkout. Gift cards can be customized for any service or dollar amount, are redeemable for services or products, and carry no refunds, cancellations or cash exchange.

Services combine modern and traditional techniques, according to the spa, which also says it offers recent beauty enhancement treatments.

Waxing services take place in a private and comfortable environment.
