Booking is handled online or by phone. Appointments require a deposit, which is taken off the final price and is non-refundable. Clients are asked to arrive within 30 minutes of their time, and to avoid booking when they are short on time, since a rushed appointment is not something the salon plans for. It is also a good idea to settle on the chosen style before the appointment day.

Hours run from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or through PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Cash.
