Belle Palace opened in 1998 and operates eight salons. The Philadelphia location on Tulip Street keeps the name Bellagio Harbison Nail & Spa while remaining part of the group. A visit usually starts with the artist examining the nails and talking through shape and color before any work begins. Gel is described as the most requested service across the salons. Gel color is cured under a lamp between coats, and the salon will match a finish a client already wears. Professional gel systems are used for gel services.

Spa pedicures come in three tiers: Classic, Spa and Deluxe jelly. The Deluxe jelly includes a jelly bath, hot stones and a paraffin finish, and gel polish can be added to any tier. Pedicures are done in massage pedicure stations. The Nu Skin Organic Spa Pedicure is a six-step service with a mineral bath, hot stones and a polish of choice, taking about 60 minutes at Marlton. The Belle Palace Signature Spa Manicure is an aromatherapy hand treatment with a Dead Sea mineral exfoliation and shea butter massage, taking about 30 minutes.

Files and buffers are used once and opened where the client can watch. Metal tools that can be reused are sterilised after each guest. A fresh liner goes into the pedicure station at every visit, and stations are cleaned between clients.

Services differ a little from one location to the next. Deptford keeps waxing in its own room, runs a children's menu on the same floor as the adult chairs, and takes birthday, bridal and group bookings. Voorhees adds eyelash extensions to its brow and facial waxing and children's services. Harbison offers head spa, lash and brow tinting, and brow and facial waxing, though it does not offer facials. Boothwyn's list covers lash services, waxing, children's services and massage. At Roosevelt you'll find manicures, spa pedicures, Gel X, builder gel, nail art and waxing. Walk-ins are accepted when an artist is free, which varies by salon and hour; booking ahead reserves a particular artist or time. The final cost depends on length, shape and design, and clients can request an exact quote by phone or from their artist at the chair.

Each appointment begins with the artist examining the nails and discussing shape and color, and the group says all of its locations share the same training and hygiene standards.
