Every lash appointment begins with an in-depth consultation so the set can be designed around each client's eyes. Styles on the menu include the Wipsy set, the Spikey Strip look, Flawless extensions and Simply and Clean extensions. The salon's own claims are that its extensions are safe, high-quality and long-lasting across Southern California and Arizona, that they last with proper care and touch-ups timed to the natural growth cycle, and that they are water-resistant.

Full sets are priced in three tiers: $150, $175 and $200. Refills are offered as 60-minute appointments for 1 to 2 weeks at $65, $75 or $85 by tier, and as 90-minute appointments for 3 to 4 weeks at $90, $100 or $110 by tier. Pricing is the same across classic, hybrid and volume styles. An apprentice classic full set costs $100, with 60-minute and 90-minute refills at $50 and $75, and availability is limited at each location. A refill requires at least half of the extensions to remain; otherwise the client is charged for a full set. A lash bath is $15 and removal of existing extensions is $25.

Waxing ranges from $10 for feet, hands or chin to $75 for a full leg with bikini. Body waxing includes underarms, stomach, half and full arms, half and full legs, chest, back, bikini and Brazilian. Facial waxing covers nostrils, upper lip, eyebrows, hairline, sideburns, lip and chin combinations, and a full face at $50. The business says its waxing uses all-natural products. Chest and full back are priced from a starting rate. Customized facial skincare is available at the Rancho Cucamonga location.

Upland is a beauty studio where first-time guests get a free complimentary consultation with their service, along with free lash protector brush covers and free Wi-Fi. Weekday hours run from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday hours are 9 am to 5 pm. The Spot-On loyalty program takes $10 off the next service after five check-ins. Refills, waxes and facials should be rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance, and full sets at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise half the service is charged, and so is a no-show who neither calls nor leaves a voicemail. Children must be supervised at all times. Children aged 12 and older who can sit quietly may wait in the seating areas, but the studio provides no childcare. Children should not sit on a lap or lie on a lash bed during application. Clients are asked to set their phones to silent, and artists will not work on a client who is on the phone.
