About

The business was founded in 2019 in Sun City, and its Cave Creek location opened in 2023. The Arcadia location serves clients from across the greater Phoenix area, and the business says it also draws clients from Scottsdale, Peoria and Glendale. The business describes itself as a luxury medical spa. Its growth milestones include reaching 1,000 treatments in 2021, the same year it added body contouring and advanced LED therapy, and passing 5,000 treatments in 2024, when it launched its Classic, Laser, PRP/PRF, stem cell therapy and IPL photofacial programs.

Care is nurse-led and overseen by a physician. A Medical Director is on site, every protocol is reviewed by a licensed physician, and Good Faith Exams are performed as Arizona law requires. According to the business, treatments are performed by licensed APRNs and certified aestheticians, and the business says it uses only medical-grade devices and skincare.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, offered at all three locations including for first-time clients, with no obligation. The consultation covers your goals, skin and medical history, comfort level, and any products, medications or recent procedures. A personalized plan and a quote follow. No deposit is needed to book, and you pay on arrival. Arriving five to ten minutes early gives time to complete forms, and retinoids and exfoliants should be avoided for 48 hours before treatment. Most treatments take 30 to 60 minutes, while LED facials and Hydrafacials take about 45 minutes. Most treatments have little or no downtime.

Pricing depends on the treatment, the area treated and the number of sessions. Multi-visit programs carry set per-visit rates, and according to the business they offer guaranteed pricing and priority scheduling. Financing is available through CareCredit, PatientFi, Affirm and HFD, and some wellness services may be eligible for HSA or FSA payment, so clients should check their plan.

Describes its approach as subtle, personalized and evidence-based, and says it values results over trends, personal care, top technology and comfort.
