Ageless Health Institute was founded in 2006 and operates from a suite in northwest Phoenix, at the northwest corner of Cave Creek Road and Loop 101, behind U-Haul. The clinic describes itself as family-owned and says its staff together bring more than five decades of experience across medicine, anti-aging medicine, aesthetics, nutrition and fitness.
The clinic's approach starts with advanced diagnostic testing to identify the underlying cause of a concern before a plan is designed. Wellness visits, including follow-ups for existing patients, are booked by phone or email, and prospective and existing patients are asked to have current labs before a wellness appointment. Hormone therapy begins with labs and a symptom review, then a physician reviews the results, and any protocol is built from lab results, symptoms, risk factors and goals. Hormone therapy is offered to women and men, including evaluation for perimenopause, menopause and low testosterone, and no referral is needed to schedule it. Follow-up comes about six weeks after starting, followed by ongoing monitoring with repeat labs. Administration options include bioidentical hormone pellets, topical creams or gels, oral supplements and injections. Medical weight loss, functional and regenerative medicine, and sarcotropin therapy are also listed among the wellness services.
On the aesthetic side, injectables include Botox and Jeuveau neurotoxins, dermal fillers from the Juvederm and Restylane lines, Kybella (deoxycholic acid), Radiesse, SKINVIVE, PRP, PRF and EZGel, and Sculptra. Injectable consultations cover medical history, goals, facial structure and skin quality, and pricing, expected downtime and a maintenance schedule are reviewed before any treatment is booked. A topical numbing cream is available. The clinic notes that Botox and Jeuveau typically last three to four months, with full effects usually seen seven to fourteen days after treatment, and that fillers can last six to eighteen months. New client neurotoxin and filler consultations are listed at no charge.
The menu also covers facials such as DiamondGlow, HydroFacials and custom and teen facials, dermaplaning, brows and lashes, and PDO threads. Laser options include laser hair removal, IPL PhotoFacial and radiofrequency skin resurfacing, while med spa services include microneedling and chemical peels. Membership costs $149 a month and adds credit toward aesthetic services and retail skincare, which can be banked and rolls over up to a maximum of six months ($894). Members also receive savings on filler syringes, esthetician services and skincare and SPF products. Cancellation terms are given at enrollment or by phone.
Treatment starts with diagnostic testing and a consultation, and plans are built around the individual's goals, lab results and history.
