Visits begin with a consultation so the esthetician can understand a client's skin and goals. Basic facials leave time at the start and end of the appointment for questions and for looking over products, and clients leave with personalized home care suggestions. The Signature and Luxe facials are longer, fully customized treatments that include a double cleanse, exfoliation, massage and a finishing mask, serum, eye cream and SPF.

The advanced menu covers chemical peels, a diamond-tipped HydroFusion facial, Nano Infusion, a series-based LED light treatment and microdermabrasion. The studio also offers corrective Skin Services for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, acne and sensitive skin, along with oncology-safe skincare, body treatments, energy healing sessions and waxing.

Bookings are made in advance through the online booking site linked from the website, and walk-ins are not accommodated. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead are free. A credit card is kept on file to hold appointments and is charged only if the cancellation policy is broken. Clients with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or a skin infection are asked to reschedule.
