The lash menu covers lash tinting, a new-client fill for people coming from another lash studio or artist, a regular volume fill (recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, with a 4 to 5 week option), and a max volume fill for extra fullness. Partial sets suit first-time clients or an everyday natural look, while full sets provide 75% to 100% coverage of natural lashes. Touch-ups between fills or for events are available, though they do not replace regular fill appointments. Extension sets require a $50 down payment, and the down payment on a full set is non-refundable. Fills booked more than 3 weeks after the last visit need extra lashes, and clients who have gone more than 5 weeks are asked to message to book a new set.

The facial menu includes a signature facial customized to each client's needs and concerns for all skin types, an acne facial for acne-prone skin that focuses on deep cleaning and calming inflammation, and a firming peptide facial the site describes as suited to dull, sagging or sun-damaged skin. Dermaplaning is offered on its own or with a hydration mask. The custom peel targets fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, textured skin or acne, and it can be booked as a full 30-minute service or as a 15-minute add-on to another facial. Expect light peeling and flaking for 3 to 5 days afterward.

Appointments can be booked online through the website. Hours are Tuesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, can be sent to one person, several people, or pooled as a group gift, and can be reloaded and checked online.
