Prices are listed per style and generally depend on the size of the look and the length of the hair. Several services list a starting price, and some, such as crochet and kinky twists, are priced by style or size. Estimated appointment times are given for many services, including about 2 hours 30 minutes for crochet, about 5 hours for kinky twists and medium box braids, and about 6 hours for small knotless braids.

Hair is included in the price for medium box braids and small knotless braids. For kinky twists and crochet styles, the client supplies the hair. Soft locs need two to three packs of crochet loc hair, and the salon recommends the Mayde brand, with wrapping hair available in 1b.

Booking requires a $52 deposit sent through Cash App. Deposits are non-refundable, and any balance can be paid in cash. Clients should arrive with product-free hair; if hair still has product in it, an extra $25 applies, and that charge covers a wash and blow out. Appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 10 to 15 minutes late, and cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice. Hours are Monday through Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
