The facial menu covers a range of anti-aging options. A deep-cleansing European facial with extractions is suited to first-time clients, while the Gentlemen's Facial uses stronger extractions. Other facials use microderm-abrasion with a diamond tip, nano-needling without injections, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, radio frequency skin tightening and a hydrabrasion treatment that combines hydrafacial and microdermabrasion benefits. Eye services include a semi-permanent eyebrow and lash tint and a hydrating eye serum treatment with plant stem cell. Teen facials include an express option, a hydrating facial and an anti-acne facial with extractions.

Body services include a Chinese herbal body wrap with a thermal blanket and infrared heat lamp, body sculpting with ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency, and a back facial aimed at clogged pores and back acne. Reiki sessions and a Reiki scan are available, and shiatsu acupressure can be added to a body wrap.

Appointments are held with a credit card and unconfirmed bookings are removed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service total, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Arriving 30 minutes or more late leads to rescheduling with a $25 fee, or $50 for two-hour services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Cash App, cash, Zelle and credit cards are accepted; American Express is not.
