The studio's main services are laser hair removal for men and women, electrolysis, and Sublative, a non-laser treatment that uses fractionated bipolar radiofrequency to stimulate collagen. Laser hair removal covers underarms, legs, backs, the lip and chin, bikini areas, genitals, ears, nose and scalp, but is not used around the eyes. Brow shaping, small areas of light hair, areas over tattoos and occasional chin hairs are handled with electrolysis, which works one hair at a time with a fine probe and may need several sessions.

Every visit begins with a free consultation for laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Part of that conversation covers skin tone, which the clinician may judge by sight or ask about directly, to determine the Fitzpatrick skin type. The site says laser is effective for types 1 to 4, and types 5 and 6 are referred to a YAG laser. Laser sessions run from a few minutes to about an hour depending on the area, take place in the salon, and clients wear safety eyewear. Procedures are performed under the medical direction of Michael Iannotti, MD, a Broomfield physician whose practice is about 4.2 miles from the salon, and the business describes its technicians as trained and certified.

Sublative is offered for fine lines, wrinkles, crow's feet, marionette lines, the forehead, the lower face and the full face, and can also be used on the neck, decolletage and hands. Most treatments take under an hour, with eye-area sessions around 30 minutes. A typical course is a minimum of three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart. Applicator tips are sold at cost, are used only by the client they are attached to, and can be reused across that client's sessions.

Clients are asked to avoid sun and tanning for two weeks before and after laser treatment and to use SPF 25 or higher, and to allow two to three weeks between a tropical vacation and laser work. Appointments are available in the mornings, evenings and on weekends, and the studio is open Monday through Saturday. Discounts apply to several areas treated in one visit and to packages of multiple treatments. The business says its prices are the lowest available and that its goal is to give clients the results they want at a price they will be happy with.
