Hair appointments begin with a consultation with the stylist, which can be in person, by phone, by email or a mix of these. Color prices are starting points, since the final cost depends on the provider, hair length, thickness and density, and any extra color or bleach is charged on top. Balayage can take three to six hours and often includes all-over color or toner. Vivid and creative color requires a consultation for pricing.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute teen clear skin treatment to a 90-minute indulgence facial that includes an LED treatment. Skin care consultations are led by licensed advance practice estheticians, and skin treatments can be built with clean clinical, natural, organic, vegan or gluten-free ingredient options.

The massage menu includes Signature, Therapeutic and Pregnancy options, and pricing differs by provider. Each massage can be paired with a complimentary aromatherapy add-on. Prenatal massage is recommended once a client is past the first trimester. Lash extensions are bonded to each client's natural lashes and are recommended to be refilled every two to four weeks. After application, the salon recommends keeping the lashes dry for the first 24 hours and steering clear of heat and steam for two days.

Spa and bridal groups need 72 hours notice, whether for one person in the group or the whole party. Hours run Monday 11 to 6, Tuesday through Thursday 9 to 7, Friday and Saturday 9 to 6, and the salon is closed Sunday.
