The studio says its priority is the health of clients' hair and lashes.

Founder Emily Giovinazzo began her career in medical aesthetics, moved into lash extensions, and later developed restorative hair extension techniques. Hair extension clients meet for a consultation before booking, so the team can assess hair health, color history and goals. Hair extension work covers keratin bonds, sew-ins, tape-ins, I-tips and V-Light methods, with volume and length options.

Lash clients coming from other salons are welcome, and touch-ups or fills done elsewhere are not charged an extra fee. Lash touch-ups are priced by how much is added to the current set rather than by the time since the last visit. A full removal is not included unless the natural lashes are compromised.

The studio also offers on-location lash, makeup and hair services, with travel and setup fees that vary by booking. It accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. According to the studio, paying by Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo avoids a 3% convenience fee. Extra charges can apply to creative color, rooted or ombre work, expedited shipping, card processing and sales tax on extensions. eGift cards come in $200, $500, $1,000 or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase.

The studio puts the health of clients' hair and lashes first, and extension work is planned around each client's hair health, color history and goals.
