Every color service includes an AVEDA ritual such as a hand massage or sensory shampoo.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which the salon recommends for color, extensions and major changes. Pricing is customized, and the stylist walks through the cost before the service begins. Final prices can shift with hair length, density and the amount of product needed. Complimentary drinks, including wine, beer and non-alcoholic options, and light snacks are offered. Clients are asked to keep a credit or debit card on file, give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and pay at the end of the appointment, with a 3 percent fee on card payments and no fee for cash.
