Most of the work happens on location. Clients can also visit one of two studios: a suite at Cherry Hill Mall's Signature Workspace in Cherry Hill, NJ, or Billy Penn Studios on North 5th Street in Philadelphia. Studio visits are used for preview sessions and boudoir work.

Wedding services include full hair and makeup for the bride, hairstyling only, makeup only, and personalized looks for bridesmaids, mothers, junior bridesmaids, flower girls and other guests. Airbrush makeup and tattoo coverage are available as add-ons, along with temporary lash extensions. Brides can book a preview session, a trial run of the hair and makeup held before the wedding, where the look is customized and photographed with color notes so it can be recreated on the day. False lashes and airbrush makeup can be tried during the preview. The business also offers a South Asian bridal hair and makeup service.

Beyond weddings, the business offers boudoir hair and makeup, which is quoted for each session based on the looks, number of people, session length and changes, and photo shoot hair and makeup booked for a half or full day. Mitzvah preview sessions run about an hour and are open to the mitzvah girl and others who want hair and makeup for the day. Makeup lessons and parties are offered for groups of at least four people, held at a location of the client's choice or at a studio in Cherry Hill or Old City.

According to the salon, its professional makeup can stay looking fresh for as long as 16 hours. The studio works with cosmetics from Smashbox, Kat Von D, Stila, Urban Decay, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Makeup Forever.
