Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to avoid mascara, oily products, sunscreen, moisturizer, eyeliner and contacts, and to arrive without extra guests or unsupervised children. Makeup on the eyes adds a $15 lash bath to the total. After a Korean lash lift, lashes should stay dry for the first 24 hours, and waterproof mascara and oil-based eye products should be avoided during that time. Extensions should not be pulled off at home. Fills depend on the condition of the existing set: standard fills need extensions in good condition with no gaps on either eye, and a luxe fill suits sets with gaps or spares but not a major loss.
