Visits are by appointment only, and a credit card number is needed to hold a booking time. Owner and founder Monika Ford opened the Fort Worth studio after running two eyelash extension locations in Uptown Dallas.

Every appointment starts with an individualized consultation, and new lash clients get a personalized consultation before their first visit. Clients with past glue sensitivities or concerns can book a free patch test, with results shown within 24 hours. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, with a charge of 50% of the appointment for shorter notice. Cancelling needs at least 24 hours' notice, with a charge of 75% inside that window. A no-show is charged the full appointment. Refunds are not given for products or services; a credit on the account or a gift card for future services is offered instead.

Lash services include classic, Elite Fusion, volume, mega volume and express volume extensions, which use pre-made fans, along with a Lash Lift Effect style in brown or black, fills, and extension removal. Lash lifts and tints are available on their own or together, and brow services include waxing, tinting and lamination. The facial and spa menu covers LED light therapy, peels, massage, masks and treatments for hands, feet and the back. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas. Permanent makeup, including microshading, microblading, lip blushing and eyeliner, is offered at the studio, and professional makeup services and classes are booked by phone.

The studio says it uses high-quality materials for its lash extensions, applies them without cutting natural lashes, and that they are safe and do not damage natural lashes.

Lash rooms are private and spa-like, with heated beds, blankets, individual ventilation and blinds.
